Return Conditions: To receive a full refund, the item must remain in a resalable condition. You are entitled to unbox and inspect the parts to verify their nature and functionality (similar to how you would inspect items in a physical store).
Diminished Value: If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature (e.g., installed and ridden, resulting in visible wear or damage), you may be held liable for any diminished value of the item; this cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking or administrative fees for returns made within the 7-day cooling-off period.
How to Initiate a Return:

We will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send items back to the original shipping address without authorization.
If you wish to exchange purchased parts for other parts within the 7-day cooling-off period:

Under EU law, all Nutt products come with a 12-Month statutory warranty covering manufacturing defects or non-conformity with specifications.
If your product is defective or does not perform as described, you are entitled to request a free repair or replacement.
If repair or replacement is not possible, or cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a price reduction or a full refund.
This warranty covers "second-hand" goods that fail due to reasons other than normal wear and tear or user negligence.
To make a claim under the statutory warranty, please email info@nutt-brakes.com with a description of the issue and relevant photos or videos.
If your item arrives damaged, please document the damage (take photos or videos) and notify us within 7 days of receipt. This helps us efficiently file a claim with the carrier. This notification period does not affect your statutory 7-day right of return or your 1-year statutory warranty rights.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund within 3 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Credit/Debit Cards: It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
PayPal/Klarna: Refunds typically appear in your account within 3 business days of approval.
